ReplyDeleteCould you please check to sees why my son Chadren Frisby, is being detained, in JCDC when he has no more charges in Jefferson County, his case, freed him as time served case dismissed over two weeks ago. They then sent him to BCDC for his court case there, which was dismissed, he was charged and was innocent, there. Then Jefferson picked him back up and has been holding him in Jefferson County Jail. He has shock probation hearing tomorrow in Nelson County. As of now he does plan to sue Bullitt County Commonwealth, looks like there may be one here soon in Jefferson County detention for illegally holding him when there is no reason to be doing so. His information is Chadren Wayne Frisby, birthdate 02/28/1997, his inmate #00426831 thank you for any help provided.
